This is an extract from the evidence  Stephen Kelly gave to a jury at Waterford Circuit Court in January 2007 which was reported in the news.

What Kelly told both juries in 2007 & 2017 are the complete opposite to his signed statement at Tramore Garda Station. It was put to Kelly that he was a Liar and had lied to 2 Juries but not withstanding the Clear Evidence he is still in Denial.
