The Vehicle having been examined at the scene of the crash was impounded and moved to a location used by Gardai for a full inspection. (7) That the Crane was loose on the platform (8) That studs were missing from the wheels. (9) That he allowed driver Stephen Kelly to use this Vehicle on the public road.
